All our orders are processed by Royal Mail with tracking number. This to support with claims, missing deliveries or damage parcels.
As per Royal Mail targets all parcels will be delivered up to 48hrs after reception ( in our case you will get a tracking code emailed to you) but it can take up to 10 business days, this would be an extreme but possible.
Your tracking code can be seen with the order information on the account page and it is sent by email as soon as the parcel is shipped.
If you get a damaged parcel on a first instance please refuse to accept it has this is part of a delivery problem and need to be dealt this way. In case you didn't realized or didn't personally received it used the form to talk with us.
